Those users who already work with services of SWIFTNet (for example Equiry Link RTGS plus) can use available connection and the program interface for access both to the specified services and to FIN service. IP and PKI represent de facto the industrial standard for technologies of the organisation of safe connections. Combination of SWIFTNet and SWIFTNet FIN also is a step on a way to reduction of complexity of means of operational processing (financial transactions) and movement towards their optimisation. The Service bureau is the non-financial organisation created under direct control and annual audit by SWIFT (Belgium). One SWIFT terminal established at the client is used for an exchange of internal and international messages with all serving banks. Besides SWIFTNet FIN assumes development of FIN functionality at the expense of use of standard qualities of SWIFTNet. The further development will be received by existing means of safety FIN (SLS/BKE/Card Readers) which will be replaced by standard means SWIFTNet PKI. Scheme of Shared Connection is developed by SWIFT for connection of affiliated organisations by parent organisation though it can be used by the foreign financial organisations.
