Connection process to the SWIFT network consists of two stages: The introduction of the financial organisation into SWIFT SCRL associates (registration of a package of documents and its sending in SWIFT) 1. Filling and sending an opening statement to SWIFT (SWIFT Undertaking). 2. Filling of introductory documents in the electronic form (the contract on the software forms of the order of the equipment of safety etc.). 3. Sending of confirmation of readiness of bank in SWIFT (Readiness Confirmation). There are two schemes of connection to SWIFT network: own connection and collective. All Service bureaus passed certification are published on a site www.swift.com. The given service allows the financial organisations to connect to the SWIFT network of the big clients correspondents branches and affiliated structures and also to establish for them rules of realisation of calculations. Special service of SWIFT - MACUG (Member Administered Closed User Group - the Closed group of users under the direction of Member of SWIFT) was created for this purpose. SWIFTNet FIN gives access to FIN service by means of SWIFTNet using IP connections. Infrastructure of SWIFTNet includes a set of completely administered services of safety of the information constructed on the basis of technology PKI. This system will allow the users working only with FIN to move to the category of those who already has access to SWIFTNet and is familiar with new technologies and products that considerably facilitates their connection to additional services of SWIFTNet in the future;
