This system will allow the users working only with FIN to move to the category of those who already has access to SWIFTNet and is familiar with new technologies and products that considerably facilitates their connection to additional services of SWIFTNet in the future; SWIFTNet FIN gives access to FIN service by means of SWIFTNet using IP connections. Infrastructure of SWIFTNet includes a set of completely administered services of safety of the information constructed on the basis of technology PKI. IP and PKI represent de facto the industrial standard for technologies of the organisation of safe connections. Thus CBT the user is physically connected to the SWIFT network and is completely served by employees of the organisation. Combination of SWIFTNet and SWIFTNet FIN also is a step on a way to reduction of complexity of means of operational processing (financial transactions) and movement towards their optimisation. Special service of SWIFT - MACUG (Member Administered Closed User Group - the Closed group of users under the direction of Member of SWIFT) was created for this purpose. Those users who already work with services of SWIFTNet (for example Equiry Link RTGS plus) can use available connection and the program interface for access both to the specified services and to FIN service.
