Sending of confirmation of readiness of bank in SWIFT (Readiness Confirmation). IP and PKI represent de facto the industrial standard for technologies of the organisation of safe connections. Scheme of Shared Connection is developed by SWIFT for connection of affiliated organisations by parent organisation though it can be used by the foreign financial organisations. The main office is located in Brussels. One SWIFT terminal established at the client is used for an exchange of internal and international messages with all serving banks. Creation of hardware-software complex of SWIFT in the financial organisation and its direct connection to system SWIFT. The Service bureau has no right to send and receive SWIFT-message on behalf of its own so that excludes a competition with the financial organisations.
