IP and PKI represent de facto the industrial standard for technologies of the organisation of safe connections. There are two schemes of connection to SWIFT network: own connection and collective. Special service of SWIFT - MACUG (Member Administered Closed User Group - the Closed group of users under the direction of Member of SWIFT) was created for this purpose. It was founded in 1973; cofounders was 239 banks from 15 countries. The Service bureau has no right to send and receive SWIFT-message on behalf of its own so that excludes a competition with the financial organisations. Theoretically for payment fulfilment in Europe it is enough to know a SWIFT code of a bank and IBAN code of the addressee.
