In 2000 by means of FIN it was transferred over 1.2 billion messages. Daily over 9 million messages is transferred. The Service bureau has no right to send and receive SWIFT-message on behalf of its own so that excludes a competition with the financial organisations. In this case the connecting organisation bears full responsibility before SWIFT for the organisation of safe work of the connected User. Special service of SWIFT - MACUG (Member Administered Closed User Group - the Closed group of users under the direction of Member of SWIFT) was created for this purpose. Connection to SWIFTNet FIN opens a way to use of advantages of other possibilities: such for example as control facilities of a network SLA and the improved support services. It was founded in 1973; cofounders was 239 banks from 15 countries. Those users who already work with services of SWIFTNet (for example Equiry Link RTGS plus) can use available connection and the program interface for access both to the specified services and to FIN service.
