Scheme of Shared Connection is developed by SWIFT for connection of affiliated organisations by parent organisation though it can be used by the foreign financial organisations. The main office is located in Brussels. Combination of SWIFTNet and SWIFTNet FIN also is a step on a way to reduction of complexity of means of operational processing (financial transactions) and movement towards their optimisation. After events on September 11th 2001 CIA and the Treasury Department of the US have got access to the financial information of SWIFT network for the purpose of tracing of possible financial transactions of terrorists. All Service bureaus passed certification are published on a site www.swift.com. SWIFTNet FIN gives access to FIN service by means of SWIFTNet using IP connections. Infrastructure of SWIFTNet includes a set of completely administered services of safety of the information constructed on the basis of technology PKI. In 2000 by means of FIN it was transferred over 1.2 billion messages. Daily over 9 million messages is transferred.
