All procedure of the introduction of the user in SWIFT takes not less than 2 months at collective and not less than four months at own connection. There are two schemes of connection to SWIFT network: own connection and collective. Scheme of Shared Connection is developed by SWIFT for connection of affiliated organisations by parent organisation though it can be used by the foreign financial organisations. Usage of SWIFT at realisation of calculations with corporate clients becomes an important direction in development of settlement infrastructures of banks. The Service bureau is the non-financial organisation created under direct control and annual audit by SWIFT (Belgium). FIN is basic service SWIFT for message transfer. Over 7 500 financial institutions more than in 200 countries use FIN for the protected exchange of the financial information reliable and economically effective. Annually through SWIFT passes 2 5 billion payment orders. For reduction of cost of connection and the costs connected both with a technical aspect and with management of SWIFT complex Service bureaus will be organised in the countries .
