After events on September 11th 2001 CIA and the Treasury Department of the US have got access to the financial information of SWIFT network for the purpose of tracing of possible financial transactions of terrorists. One SWIFT terminal established at the client is used for an exchange of internal and international messages with all serving banks. In 2000 by means of FIN it was transferred over 1.2 billion messages. Daily over 9 million messages is transferred. For reduction of cost of connection and the costs connected both with a technical aspect and with management of SWIFT complex Service bureaus will be organised in the countries . FIN is basic service SWIFT for message transfer. Over 7 500 financial institutions more than in 200 countries use FIN for the protected exchange of the financial information reliable and economically effective. It was founded in 1973; cofounders was 239 banks from 15 countries.
