Each bank included in system has unique SWIFT code. FIN is basic service SWIFT for message transfer. Over 7 500 financial institutions more than in 200 countries use FIN for the protected exchange of the financial information reliable and economically effective. All Service bureaus passed certification are published on a site www.swift.com. In 2000 by means of FIN it was transferred over 1.2 billion messages. Daily over 9 million messages is transferred. Theoretically for payment fulfilment in Europe it is enough to know a SWIFT code of a bank and IBAN code of the addressee.
